The Body – Reconnecting ourselves to our lived experience in the body

Thoughts – Dealing with thoughts, is thinking a problem?

Week 4

Emotions – How can we recognize our feelings and respond to them

Week 5

Dealing with difficult emotions reoccurring patterns and situations

Week 6

Reacting – Creating the pause

Week 7

Loving Kindness – The greatest gift we can give ourselves is compassion

Joy – Seeing the natural Joy that is around us
